Can you help me keep from gaining weight?

It is extremely common for people to gain weight after they quit smoking.   How much weight a person gain varies.  It  is important for you to know that you can control your weight and quit smoking.  Your Quit Coach can talk to you about strategies that can help you reduce or eliminate weight gain (ex. good diet, exercise).  Just remember that the benefits of quitting smoking far outweigh the costs of those extra pounds .
