Should I use Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT) or other medications to help me quit smoking?

Many people find NRT or other medications to be helpful. There are many different types of NRT that you may want to look into.
These include the gum, patch, lozenge, inhaler, and nasal spray, and other prescription medications that can aid in the discomfort of withdrawal. Whether you use an NRT is a personal decision. You may wish to discuss your options with your quit coach or doctor to decide what is best for you.
