    This is not something that is easy at all.

    At the time my daughter is going though some issue with post cancer problems and trust I want one so bad I can taste it!!!! I hoping to make it though the hoildays with out going sbackward. Iam STRONG I CAN DO IT!!!!!!

  • "Quit Now" Challenge Entry

    I want to quit smoking because I have 5 beautiful childern who remind me everyday that I should quit. My daughter had Lekumia at the age of 4 years old. She recovered remarkable. I want to make sure I am still alive to tell her childern how strong she was when she was so little. I am only 29 years old and I have a lot of time left on the this earth only if I remain healthy. But Every time I try to stop it gets harder and harder. My childern lost there father to street volience in 1999, I do not want them to indure any more pain in there lives they have went though enough and I know I would be a lot more fun to them if I quit. We all would be healthier as while. Please help to to live.
